How to use

Free Trimsheet Builder Guide

Use the builder when you already have texture maps and want a fast browser-based way to assemble a trim sheet atlas.

  • Draw your trim regions first in Layout mode, then switch to Materials mode once the structure is ready.
  • Assign one material set per region and keep all maps aligned with shared Fit, Fill, Scale, Offset, and Repeat controls.
  • Use the viewport toolbar to review the atlas in Lit mode or inspect each map individually.
  • Export one current map or download the full BaseColor, Normal, Roughness, Metallic, AO, and Height pack as a zip.

FAQ

What is the difference between the planner and the builder?

The planner is for marking regions with color intent. The builder is for assigning actual texture maps to each trim region and exporting usable PBR atlas maps.

Do I need to upload all six maps for every region?

No. Missing maps are allowed. The builder fills missing channels with safe defaults so you can still export the whole atlas pack.

Does this builder save my work?

Yes. The current project autosaves in your browser, including uploaded texture assets stored locally on your device.
